About This Document
This AI Disclosure explains how Forevle handles your content in relation to artificial intelligence. It covers what we do, what we don't do, and what protections you have.
This AI Disclosure is part of our Terms of Service.
Our Commitments
Forevle makes the following commitments regarding your content and AI:
- •We do not train AI models on your content. Your stories, prompts, characters, and creative work are not used to train, fine-tune, or develop AI systems.
- •We do not sell your content. We don't license or sell your work to third parties.
- •You own your work. Your original creative content belongs to you, as described in our Terms of Service.
These commitments apply to all content you create on Forevle—stories, characters, prompts, inputs, and the content generated for your use.
What We Do With Your Content
To operate Forevle, we need to do certain things with your content. Here's what that includes:
Platform Operations
- •Hosting and storage — We store your content on our servers so it's accessible
- •Display and distribution — We show your public stories to players
- •Processing — We run your content through our systems to create the interactive experience
- •Formatting — We create thumbnails, previews, and adapt content for different devices
Safety and Quality
- •Content moderation — We review content for policy compliance and safety
- •Analytics — We analyze aggregated usage data to understand platform performance
Discovery and Promotion
- •Featuring — We may showcase quality stories to help players discover them
- •Recommendations — We surface content to users based on their interests
None of these activities involve training AI models on your content.
What We Do Not Do
- •Train AI models — Your content is not used to train, fine-tune, or improve AI systems
- •Sell or license your content — We don't provide your work to third parties for their use
- •Claim ownership — Your creative work remains yours
- •Share private content — Private stories are not made public or shared
AI Training Policy
Current Practice
Forevle does not use user content to train AI models. This applies to:
- •Stories you write
- •Prompts and inputs you provide
- •Characters and creative elements you create
- •Content generated for your use
- •Your interactions with the platform
If This Ever Changes
If Forevle ever introduces a program involving AI training on user content, the following will apply:
Consent Requirements
- •Participation will require explicit opt-in consent
- •We will not enable this by default or bury it in a terms update
- •You will be able to withdraw consent at any time (applying prospectively)
Creator Control
- •Creators may exclude their stories from any AI training, regardless of user preferences
- •If a creator excludes a story, no interactions with that story will be used for training
Private Content Protection
- •Private stories will never be used for AI training under any circumstances
- •This applies regardless of any account-level settings
We are not currently planning such a program. This section exists so you know what protections would apply if we ever did.
Content Ownership
There are two types of content on Forevle, and they have different rules:
Your Original Work (User Content)
You own this. The stories you write, characters you create, and narrative you craft belong to you. You can:
- •Publish your story elsewhere as a book, script, or any other format
- •Adapt your characters and world for other projects
- •Sell or license your original creative work
- •Delete your account and take your story with you
Using Forevle does not transfer ownership of your original work to us.
AI-Generated Assets (Generated Content)
The images, audio, and other assets our AI creates can be used freely when you're featuring, sharing, streaming, discussing, or experiencing Forevle content—monetized or not.
What requires permission: Extracting AI-generated assets to sell as standalone products, use in competing commercial products, or license to third parties.
The difference is between featuring Forevle content (fine) and extracting assets for separate commercial exploitation (requires permission).
AI-Generated Content
Forevle uses AI to generate visual, audio, and interactive elements for stories. When we refer to "Generated Content," we mean content created by our AI Systems—not the original story text, characters, and narrative you write (which is your User Content).
Transparency
The Forevle platform and branding serve as indicators that content is AI-generated. Generated content may also include metadata or technical markers identifying it as such.
Your Obligations When Sharing
When you share content from Forevle outside the platform:
- •Disclose that the content was generated using AI
- •Do not represent AI-generated content as depicting real people, events, or facts
- •Comply with applicable laws regarding AI-generated content
Service Providers
Forevle uses service providers to operate parts of the platform. The commitments in this document reflect Forevle's practices and policies.
We select providers carefully and enter into contracts intended to protect user data. However, we cannot guarantee the internal practices of third parties. For information about data processing, see our Privacy Policy.
Regulatory Compliance
This disclosure is provided in accordance with applicable transparency requirements, including Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (the EU AI Act).
Forevle's AI systems are used for creative content generation. They are not classified as high-risk AI systems under the EU AI Act. Forevle does not deploy AI systems for purposes prohibited under Article 5 of the EU AI Act.
Changes to This Disclosure
We may update this disclosure as our practices evolve or as regulations require. Material changes will be communicated in accordance with our Terms of Service. The "Last Updated" date indicates when this document was last revised.
