Welcome to Forevle. By accessing or using our website, mobile application, and creative tools (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
Forevle is a platform dedicated to interactive storytelling. Whether you are a reader ("Player") or a writer ("Creator"), these terms govern your use of the platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
To access certain features of the Service, such as saving progress, writing stories, or posting reviews, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
Forevle does not claim ownership of your intellectual property. When you publish a story, you grant us a license to display it, but the rights remain yours.
By submitting content (stories, images, audio, comments) to Forevle, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, perform, display, and distribute such content in connection with the Service. This license allows us to host your story and make it playable for others.
You represent and warrant that you own all rights to your User Content or have obtained all necessary permissions. You are solely responsible for the content you upload.
The Forevle Studio (our node-based editor) and the underlying engine are the property of Forevle Inc. While you own your narrative text and logic structure, you may not reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Forevle Engine.
Assets provided in the "Forevle Asset Library" (default backgrounds, music, sfx) are licensed to you for use specifically within the Forevle platform. You may not extract these assets for use in external projects without express written permission.
We strive to maintain a safe and creative environment. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:
Content that promotes violence or hatred against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, or sexual orientation.
Bullying, stalking, or harassing other users in comments, reviews, or direct messages.
Uploading content (text, art, or music) that you do not have the rights to use.
Distributing viruses, malware, or using the node-editor to crash user browsers intentionally.
Forevle offers a "Partner Program" for eligible Creators. Participation is subject to additional terms. Revenue generated through premium chapters, gem choices, or donations is subject to a 70/30 split (70% to Creator, 30% to Forevle) after platform fees.
Payments are processed via Stripe. You are responsible for any taxes associated with your earnings. We reserve the right to change our fee structure with 30 days notice.
